Data Deletion Instructions

If you want ES-WAY Technology and Culture Dissemination Limited to delete app-related data handled through Miraz AI Marketing, please send a request to contact@eswaymacau.com.

What to include

• Your name and business contact email.
• The Facebook Page, Instagram account, or business asset involved.
• A short description of the data you want deleted.
• Proof that you are authorised to make the request for that asset.

What happens next

We will verify the request, remove data that we control and are no longer required to retain, and confirm completion by email. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Platform data

Some information may remain inside Meta products or other platforms outside our control. For those records, please also use the account or Page controls provided directly by the relevant platform.
