Terms of Service

Miraz AI Marketing provides social media operations, AI-assisted content production, and digital marketing support through ES-WAY Technology and Culture Dissemination Limited.

Client authorisation

Clients must have the right to grant access to any Page, account, product information, or campaign material they ask us to operate or process.

Human approval for sensitive actions

Unless a separate written operating agreement says otherwise, publishing, deletion, paid advertising, and customer engagement actions require client approval or pre-approved operating rules.

Content and compliance

Clients are responsible for confirming the accuracy of product facts, prices, claims, legal requirements, and platform compliance. We help structure and review content, but we do not replace legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.
